Description:  From NSJ1:

Natural-Selection Jumped is a gaming movie featuring trickjumps from the Half-Life mod Natural-Selection done by some of the best players from the European competitive scene. Expect everything from insanely long jumps to clever map exploitations.
A short description of the laws of physics in Natural-Selection might be in order, considering that many of those who will be watching this have never even heard of the game.
Basically, NS is a Half-Life mod, and therefore also uses Half-Life (and quake 1 in part) physics. Due to this, you can use bunnyhopping to gain extra speed. The Natural-Selection developers made some slight changes, however.
First of all: You don't lose your speed when hitting the speed cap (you simply stop gaining any more speed).
Second: Marines can't bunnyhop. If you jump twice without pausing in between when you're a marine, you'll lose speed in a way similar to the way you lose speed when you jump in CS. There is a way to partially dodge this, however. If you can jump onto a part of the map that's significantly higher than the one you jumped from, you won't lose speed.
Crouch-jumping and then jumping normally will net you the same effect (due to the altitude change). Armament and the amount of ammo carried also plays an effect, as you run slower when you're equipped with anything but just knife (which is also the reason for me not removing the HUD in this movie).
Picking up catalyst packs will also remove the bunnyhopping nerf for marines for a short period of time.
Even with that said, this movie is still probably only going to appeal to Natural-Selection players. A lot of the jumps are simple map exploitations that allow you to go to places you wouldn't normally get to go to. You can't really enjoy those jumps without knowing the map layouts. The other jumps will also seem very simplistic when compared to jumps in other games that don't limit your bunnyhopping and that give you weapons that boost your speed when firing. I would say that I'm generally quite pleased with the editing, and I hope it's worth watching just for that (even though I've done the editing to fit an easy to watch simplistic theme).
